It isn't waiting in that category and I do not show it has ever been deleted or moved. Are you positive that is where you submitted to? If so, I would resubmit.

Given that all of your shopping links are affiliate links, you're not going to get listed in Shopping. The accompanying information appears to be there strictly to drive people through the affiliate links (and isn't unique besides) therefore the site isn't listable anywhere.
