I would like to submit my site in more than one language to different categories.
The URL is the same except for the .com part which is different for each site ie: one is .ru and the site is in Russian.
I have 2 questions:
1) Can I do this?
2) When submitting, should the description and title of the site that is not in English be in the language of the site or is the title and description always in English?
