somewhere between 4 and 6 weeks ago.

The forum guidelines ask that you wait at least a month before requesting status. Your submission of 18 June 2003 was only 3 weeks ago.

Yes, I understand the guidelines. However, June 18 was our second submissions to that category. The first submission was May 23rd. As originally indicated, it has been a good 6 weeks.

Another month has come and gone. Can you give me any more status information... like position on list, or better yet, when we might expect to see our site listed?

Your site is waiting with around a dozen others.

I'm sorry, but we can't tell you your "position on list," because there isn't one. Editors can choose to sort the unreviewed sites in several different ways. They are also free to review sites in any order, regardless of their position.

We also can't give you any indication of time to review, simply because we have absolutely no idea. Editors are volunteers, and they have no set minimum requirements for listing sites. I'm afraid that all we can say is that your site will be reviewed when a volunteer editor finds enough spare time to donate to the ODP.
