There's a process for that, a very efficient process, over at dmoz.org.
(Why would anyone care about how efficient the process is? Well, you see, there's a large pool (lake?) of suggestions that haven't been processed. The more efficient the process is, the faster that pool (swamp?) can be drained.
Which is good for everyone. Conversely, a LESS efficient process would hurt everyone.
