Please use the "Update listing" link at the top of the category to request a change to the listing title. Between you and me, though, I'd say that if you've been submitting update requests for 6 months and the title hasn't changed, your requests have probably been rejected. Keep in mind that we use the name of the business not the name of the site when we list sites in Shopping.

The site name IS wrong on the listing! The site URL is the title. The business is an incorporation. I didn't want to post the URL here of the site that the title takes you to.

site URL is the business name -followed by the word "Incorporated."

There is no editor in that category, so... someone still gets the mail there? Why this is being rejected or ignored is a complete mystery to me.

Well, I don;t edit in shopping, but when I did, I regularly ran into sites that claimed the URL was the business name, but usually the copyright statement or something else gave evidence that there was really a different company name.

Or, when I looked the company name up with the Secretary of State in the given locality, it turned out to be something else.

I takes us a long time because of all the deception we run into has taught us to go slow.

No deception here as there would be no real point for us. I can understand the caution, but... this one would seem to not need such an investigation as the credits on the site point to the the ownership being the Incorporation.

A check with the State of Michigan as to the Incorporation would turn up no smoke and mirrors!

;) *it's just weird!*
