Sites being Ignored by Local Editors!

I have submitted <URL Removed> (Real Estate India Category) and <URL Removed> (Web Design India Category) some months back.

My sites are highly relevant with quality contents, I think there is a nexus among some Editors (who are into same business) and they are not approving my websites. Is there a way we can choose editors for approval!!
