Sites not included in DMOZ

Hi, I have submitted two sites to DMOZ. Rubin, Hay & Gould Law Firm and Criminal Defense Lawyer . It has been about 8 weeks since submission and I was wondering about the status of the submission and any improvements that can be made in the sites.

http://www.rhglaw.com/ was listed in http://dmoz.org/Society/Law/Services/Lawyers_and_Law_Firms/Estate_Planning_and_Probate/North_America/United_States/Massachusetts 6 weeks ago. The other URL was rejected.

Can you tell me why criminal defense lawyer was rejected?

http://www.criminaldefenselawyer.com/ had been submitted to Society: Law: Services: Lawyers and Law Firms: Directories: North America: United States. But it doesn't seem to be a lawyer directory.

I wasn't sure if I should start a new thread or not. But since it's about the same URL...
I submitted (I think)http://www.criminaldefenselawyer.com to http://dmoz.org/Society/Law/Legal_Information/Criminal_Law/Resources/
I'm not sure if the site was submitted because it was during ODP submission problems. I submitted on 9/17/2003.

I see no evidence that the submission ever made it through.
