Some DMOZ pages not ranked by google!

Does anybody know why certain pages in the DMOz directory are not ranked in google?

http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Promotion/Tools/

the above is an example...

Anybody have any ideas whats going on?
