Is text that matches background color considered spam ?
If so, I have a site for you to look at in a ODP listing with lots of spam.

As long as the site has unique content, we don't care about their design techniques.

I just noticed the part about spam...and was not sure what type of spam you refered to.

Our guidleines say which sites we don't include and what we are talking about when we use the term spamming.
