Al the timestamps for the spanish translation appear like this:

%20-%b-%2004 %0:%Feb %p

It seems to be since the update to 3.6.5 ;)

Thank you, it should be fixed now. It had probably been like that for a few days as we had been checking out some of the language encoding options for a possible change to UTF-8 encoding. :)
