Specific submission question for cats without.....

A quick-ish question

I submitted a site to a cat that has no editor, whats the acceptable time frame for this submission to be added to the directpry (of course if its acceptable to the cat editor <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" /> ) and how do these orphan cats get by without editors to devote time to them.

And on an aside whats the impact the current operations pipe dreams in the USA going to have on sites listed in the UK under this cat.

sorry the cat is shopping/recreational/drugs/headshops/glasspipes

Anywhere from 1 day to 3 years.

No cat is ever orphaned. Any given cat can be edited by upper level, editall, catmod, and meta editors.
