Answerbag is a collection of user-generated frequently-asked questions that is built and moderated by its community. We are dedicated to making a product that will help society, and we want people with the same passion. We are a small startup looking for a motivated, self-directed information scientist to lead organization of its constantly-growing database of questions and answers.
Rather than give a laundry list of vague qualifications and experiences that we’re looking for, we’ve provided a list of things we want you to do:

- Audit the site taxonomy, write guidelines for the category structure, and implement recommended changes
- Help identify and recruit expert moderators for various categories
- Oversee paid and volunteer moderators
- Create categorization guide for moderators
- Help copy edit, moderate, and organize incoming submissions
- Come up with your own ideas on how to make the site more useful!
