I believe you were informed of the status in the French language thread http://resource-zone.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=30268 . I don't speak French, so I'm not sure. In any case, that's probably the best place to ask.

Babelfish reports that cmic stated the submission was denied as a license agreement violation -- and will not be listed. If that is an accurate translation, there's no point in asking there, either.
