We've submitted it to this category about 3 times over the past year.

It's waiting with a few others. I can't get your site to load for me right now, so I can't see what it offers, but if your service is for Canada only (or mainly), you might want to submit it to the Regional cat where it's most relevant.

Since sites in the Regional branch of the directory get listed in the locality they are based, I would suggest that http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/Canada/Ontario/Localities/M/Mississauga/Business_and_Economy/Shopping/ might be a better category.

The service offered is by mail and seems to cover all of Canada. If that's the case, Regional/North_America/Canada/Business_and_Economy/Shopping/ would be where I'd list it.
If it covers Ontario only, Regional/North_America/Canada/Ontario/Business_and_Economy/Shopping/ would be best.
