I'm sorry, but I don't remember exactly what category I chose when I submitted.

No, we can't really check. A quick look at your site suggests that [cat=Regional/North_America/Canada/Ontario/Localities/O/Ottawa/Business_and_Economy/Industries/Entertainment]Ottawa/Business_and_Economy/.../Entertainment[/cat] might be an appropriate category, but remember that I don't edit there.
