Well I cant see it there, and neither would expect to.

http://dmoz.org/Regional/Oceania/New_Zealand/Auckland/Localities/Manukau_Central seems to be the only location you have. The NZ level is for companies with multiple physical locations (and not 'agents').

I'd suggest resubmitting there.
