Status Check (not a request)

Is there anywhere I can go where I can check to see if my site is in the "pending" box or if it's been rejected for one reason or another? I've submitted the site a very long time ago (over a year) with no news.

I resubmitted (though it sounds like this is frowned upon after reading some posts in here) last week.

I submitted to the category: http://www.dmoz.org/Adult/Games/Gambling/Strip_Poker/
under I believe.. vstrippoker (too many usernames to keep track of).

And a general question: If the editor of a particular category does not review anything for a long period of time, does that editor get removed? Does someone else get assigned?

By the way, I love the human review concept. It seems like the most logical way of developing a search database (OK, enough brown nosing ).

No there isn't. The announcement at the top of this forum explains why we no longer provide status checks here.

This is a volunteer organisation and nobody gets assigned anywhere. Editors work as much as they wish in the areas where they have permissions. Don't forget that there are around 200 editors who can work anywhere. Few of them choose to work within Adult however.
