Your site most likely belongs in the locality where your office is (not the county) but I can't tell you that for sure since every time I've tried to connect to your site to look at it, it has not only crashed my browser but also locked up my Mac. It looks like it's having trouble with your stats tracking stuff.

Site is located in Anaheim, CA but this is Orange County CA. Is it possible that if they refuse to place this in Orange County they can change this to Anaheim CA Locality?

I worked on the design html code to see if I could fix the Mac browser issue, I made some changes but not sure if they will work as I do not have a mac on my end to QA Test. I apologize for this problem, hope it is not my fault.
