Can you please let me know the status of http://www.accession.co.uk
submitted to either http://www.dmoz.org/Computers/Inte...ent/Designers/Basic_Service/A/ or to http://www.dmoz.org/Computers/Int....ers/Full_Service/A/.

Also, it seems a bit unclear from your guidelines, but can I submit my site to two categories; one for business area and one for geographic area?

If you actually have a physical presence in a particular locality, and it is evident on the website, such as an address, office hours, etc. then you may submit to that Regional locality. Bear in mind that Regional submissions are based on where you are, not where you market. Hope this helps.
