They already have a listing in http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Home_and_Garden/Emergency_Supplies/Fire/ but was hoping for a regional listing as well.

It's waiting in an extremely small pile of suggested URLs there. We'll get around to it in time, but we can't predict when that will be. It was only submitted on 7th October, so I can only advise patience.
