Curious to know if the aforementioned two sites had been reviewed for inclusion at the time the editor visited and updated this category on said date. The editor added Sausalito Art Festival.

I think you got confused remembering which fraternal mirrors you'd submitted, and ended up submitting the same URL with different names. In any case, the Sausalito Virtual Art Gallery site may be regarded as adequate representation for all the different URLs. But http://www.georgiannastout.com/ is still waiting on a final decision.
