I can't find your site waiting to be reviewed in this category. As it is a Shopping site, the submission would have been misplaced anyway.

It seems you made another submission to one of the Shopping categories. This one has been moved to http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Home_and_Garden/Emergency_Supplies/Security where it is waiting to be reviewed with a few other sites. No need to resubmit.

Regarding the Shopping site, I saw many sites in above mentioned category similar to 007-surveillance that sell same type of products, and I can name more than a few.
Category http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Home_and_Garden/Emergency_Supplies/Security mostly deals with home security and emergency supplies, but not surveillance.

OK, I see what you mean. I'm not a specialist in the surveillance field, and other editors will decide what the best category for your site is. It is possible that a few of the current listings in Business shouldn't be there any more, so your site may be listed in the Shopping category even if similar sites are in Business.
