Status for All Trucking Jobs

We initially submitted http://www.all-trucking-jobs.com over a year ago. We submitted again over six months ago. We do not want to risk spamming the directory, but we learned that during that time there was no editor for the category Business: Transportation and Logistics: Trucking: Employment. We now realize that there is an editor for the site whom we have emailed through the category link. Therefore, our question is should we submit the site again? We are not sure whether the original submission may have gotten "lost in the shuffle" during the changeover but we definitely do not want to spam the directory. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there any reason why the site was rejected that we could fix or improve upon? Was there something that Yahoo liked that you did not that we could fix? Never had a site rejected so unsure if there is any way to proceed.

It simply doesn't fit our definition of unique relevant content in the form of reviewable information. Theoretically you could change that, but experentially nobody ever does.
