I have submitted my domain twice. The first time about 3 months ago and the last time about a 1.5 months ago. I have recieved no email regarding if my submission is rejected or not. Could sombody please help me.

We do not send mails when processing sites, so you normally wont receive any mail.

In fact you submitted to http://dmoz.org/Society/Transgendered/Arts_and_Entertainment/Drag/Drag_Queens and not the category you mentioned. Your site is still waiting patiently for review.
