http://dmoz.org updates, usually, within a day, but occassionally takes as long as a week
http://rdf.dmoz.org (the full database, also known as the RDF) updates no more often than weekly -- there was a period of 3 months when it wasn't updating properly, though
http://search.dmoz.org updates from the RDF a few days later, if all goes well.

Not at all under our control.
http://directory.google.com updates from the RDF whenever they feel like it.
