Status for http://www.elveron.com

I have submitted my site http://www.elveron.com
to the following catagory:
http://dmoz.org/Games/Video_Games/Strategy/Turn-Based/Browser_Based/

I am looking to get a submission status.

Sorry for asking this fast. Talked to an editor on an other forum about getting a status repport of my site. He told me the my site couldn't be found in the submitted category.
Now I wonder if any editor with time could check which category my site is awaiting in?
And if you don't mind I would also want to know which the current description is.

Unless that editor is a senior editor with total access he would not be able to know one way or another exactly what the status is. Newbie editors on forums often give incorrect information.

In fact I cannot tell for sure where it is right now, but I trust that the previous response you got was correct.

The site was submitted multiple times [probably to different categories] and is awaiting review [perhaps not in that exact category] an editor will move it to the correct place when reviewed.

If my memory serves me correctly the editor you mention was disclosing confidential internal ODP editor info about numbers of sites awaiting review in various categories. Not someone I would trust to give correct advice.

THIS forum's rules say: one status every six months here.

Isn't it kind of strange that no one can find out which category my site is in right now?

If you really think I'm asking these question to fast, then just leave this thread without response.

There is nothing strange about it. You have to wait 6 months from your last check - e.g. until July 19th - before anyone will actually look.

There are good reasons for this. If we have to constantly answer status checks, we have less time to review actual sites.
