The majority of people you will encounter here (or on the ODP) are actually volunteer and not staff.

Your site is not waiting in that category, nor has an editor touched it. Most likely you either submitted elsewhere or the submission did not go through.

Your site is awaiting review in that category. It appears that when all but one of your duplicate submissions were being removed, all of them were accidentally removed.

The forum guidelines (marked READ BEFORE POSTING) request that you wait at least one month before requesting a status update.
