It's had a listing in Payday Advance Services for over 4 years.

Over the next year or so there were many declined submissions to other categories. We've about had enough of this squandering of our precious volunteer editorial effort so please make no further submissions.

A business such as yours is entitled to a maximum of one listing - but we can always make it fewer :D .

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your update, sorry for you to trouble. Hence forth we take most care while submitting the sites.

Manytimes when we search for listing with www.mypaydayloan.com or mypaydayloan.com or mypaydayloan. Dmoz returns with result saying "No matches found". Which makes us to submit the same.

Is thre any easy, fast and accurate term to check for listing before we submit any sites?

Do not use the search to check for a site's listing. It is not always dependable. Just submit once to the most suitable category. 30 days after you suggest the site you may ask for a status request in this forum. You then have to space your status requests 6 months apart. But you can check the category you submitted to. If it has been listed you will see it in the category. Never resubmit a site unless an editor specifically tells you to.
