submitted in late February I think (I lost my PDA which stores my submission records)in addition the exact directory to which it was submitted was also lost, I am pretty sure it was under Denver, Colorado, Consulting or Accounting.

I don't see you waiting under Denver Accountants or anywhere under Denver Business and Economy. Without knowing where you submitted, all I can tell you is that the site hasn't been touched by an editor yet so it is either still waiting wherever you submitted it or it never got through.

It might be in one of these two, if not then I will resubmit, thanks for your help

It helps if you give us a clickable link. Nope, it wasn't Colorado Computers. But you are waiting in http://dmoz.org/Computers/Consultants/Business_Systems/Accounting/North_America along with a handful of other sites. Rather than trying to figure out where in Regional you might have submitted, you might as well just resubmit -- but submit to the locality category where you are physically located (i.e. Englewood).

One of my former managers essentially kept his life on his PDA. Never kept a paper trail or backup or anything. A couple of weeks ago, it died -- leaving him high and dry with nothing.

Please provide a clickable link for the reviewing editor.

It saves a lot of time in not having to add the http://dmoz.org bit, then edit out the colons and replace with slashes, edit out the spaces and replace with underscores, then find that due to a typo it doesn't work.

Please simply cut and paste the category URL from your browser toolbar.
