We request that you wait one month from your last suggestion. If "recently" means what I think it does, please come back in a month.

To avoid confusion - that's why we ask for the date. Anyway the site is not listable - since you are already listed under a different URL. Under no corcumstance should you suggest this URL again. Up to now, we could consider it a mistake in failing to read http://www.dmoz.org/add.html [which explains what happens if you sumbit related URLs]

On the theory of rewarding good behavior (you took the time to actually look up how to do something rather than just asking us how), I want to point out some fine print in the update URL process that many people overlok.

When an editor receives a request to change a URL, the editor does not jsut make the change. After all, you may not have the right to request the change, and we don't have the ability to check your credentials. so what we do is look for proof of intent. That usually comes in several ways, whcih we discover by looking at the OLD URL:

The OLD URL is dead
The OLD URL has a prominent banner stating that it is moving/chaning to the NEW URL
The OLD URL has a redirect in place that points to the NEW URL.

If an editor gets an update URL request, and cannot satisfy themselves (by looking at the old URL) that this is the intent, then the request is almost always declined.

So, by all means submit the update URL request -- but at the same time, leave a trail of breadcrumbs from the old URL so there is no question as to intent.
