I can't find your site awaiting review in this category, and it hasn't been touched by an editor yet.

Either you gave us the wrong category to check, or something went wrong when you submitted.

I'm just wondering if http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Business_and_Economy/Human_Resources/Software/ wouldn't be more appropriate as a category, since your software seems to be UK specific (at least you say so on your site).
