The last submission was only a week ago and we ask that submitters wait at least a month after the site was last suggested.

As you can however guess the site has been received and is awaiting a review. If the site is not listed by 31st February please feel free to as again in this thread.

I think you mean 3 March, although penalizing the early request by delaying the earliest new request to 31 March seems possibly appropriate.
