"HorizontalLimits.Com is just another Do-It-Yourself web site...At this moment, we have only a handful of articles" - that is from the site - I have to ask myself would I list a site that admits to having scanty and non-original content and the answer is no. A statement like that I'd take your word on and not waste my time further. Let's hope that by the time it is reviewed there is some improvement.
