I was expecting to see 20 recipes for Matzo Brie - but I'm surprised by the content. In my opinion it doesn't belong in that category. I just wonder what is Jewish Cuisine about :

Mexican Tortilla Lasagna
North African Barley Pudding
Oriental Noodle and Chicken Salad with Peanut Sauce
Arugula, Red Onion and Pear Salad
Hot Mexican Dip
Jey Lime Pie
Sangria?
etc.

and Humus is not Greek

The main theme is Jewish Recipes, but I didnt want to restrict my site visitors since many people have been posting non-jewish recipes. I think the category is correct considering the main theme of the site is jewish recipes. There are many jewish recipes on the site and will be many more but it takes time for me to add them becasue I have to decode them from my grandma's recipe cards that are from the 60's.
