Perhaps. At first glance, it might fit in [cat]Shopping/Health/Reproduction_and_Sexuality/Penis_Enlargement/[/cat] or [cat]Adult/Shopping/Nonsurgical_Penis_Enhancement/[/cat] that is, if it's listable at all. I haven't looked closely at the site, so I don't know if it's really Adult.
