That means an editor needs to move your site (as well as many others who submitted here instead of to the correct alphabar letter) and many other sites to the specific alphabar section before it is reviewed. It will be done, however, and there is no need to resubmit. This category appears to have a shortage of editors interested/experienced in this area.
