The submission from May is still waiting for review in that category (with a small number of others).

Thanks for the quick response. Is it normal for it to take this long for the site to be reviewed? Is this category without an editor? The only reason I ask, is that it is a relatively small category with only 8 other sites listed, so I thought it would show up rather quickly. Any info you can give me to pass along to my client would be great.

Thanks again

No category is without an editor -- all editors listed on its parent categories can edit there. Several dozen editall+ editors can also edit there. Someone will visit the category and review the submission eventually.

Note that sites with regional interest can be submitted to both a topical category (like this one in Society) and a category in the Regional tree. Some sites (e.g. most online shopping) are listed only in topical, others (e.g. real estate agents) only in Regional/.

You could consider a second submission to http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/Massachusetts/Localities/C/Canton/Business_and_Economy/
where it has a chance of being reviewed more quickly. It won't negatively impact the existing submission (and in fact, the site might be appropriate for listing in both). The same advice applies, for example, to http://www.sundesigns.ws/ -- submit it to best existant subcat within the locality.

(In most cases, submission to the single best topical and single best regional cats doesn't come across as spam. ;) )
