The submission has been received and is awaiting review. If you don't see it listed sometime in the next six months, please feel free to return for a status update on or after 24 March.

Hello there,

It's been 6 months since I last checked the status of our site. I don't see any action on it. Can someone lend me a hand, por favor.

Thanks!

It is waiting for review there. I strongly suspect it will be rejected; thus, if I could, I would place more emphasis than usual on my usual recommendation that you make your promotional plans for that contingency.

It's a good site with tons of unique information. It's not an affiliate site. I would hope it doesn't get rejected. Do I have to wait another 6 months to find out the fate of this site?

You have a different concept of information than I do. I haven't seen such high-powered marketroiding since I last treated insomnia with a cable-channel infomercial.

I think that means don't bother to wait 6 months to find out, just assume it is rejected and move on to more productive promotional strategies. ;)

high-powered marketroiding... that's creative. I wouldn't compare it to virtual hemeroids myself, but I do admit there is a sales component to the site. There are so many crappy scooters and scooter sites selling crappy scooters online, this site does it's best to warn people about them.

What sort of productive promotional strategies do you recommend for a high-powered marketroiding website like this? Anyone, Bueller... any and all suggestions welcome.

Thanks!

Well since clearly the DMOZ strategy is unproductive, anything else has to be more productive. I hear advertising on the back of buses and sponsoring welcome to the town centre signs is quite good - works for my optician at any rate.
