Is is one year and a half that I submited.... and sites that have less than one year online appear on that category... I don`t understand what happen with this submission... I know that I have to wait, but this time I don`t understand what`s going on...

What is going on is that editors do not review sites in any particular order. There is no line or queue. Some sites get reviewed quickly, other not. No malice, no abuse, just no predictable order.

Your site, the last time we checked, was waiting review. It may wait for 10 more minutes, it may wait for 3 more years.

When an editor is picking which site to review, we have no way of knowing how long the site's been online. We don't even know when it was first submitted. (Of course, even if we knew we wouldn't have cared.)

Don`t you think it willl be better to review by the date you recive the submission ? It will be more fare for everydobdy...
