I don't see you in the queue there nor is there any sign that the site has ever been touched by an editor. However, the site isn't a portal, it's just a very specialized (and small) directory of links, and it wouldn't be listed under Portals anyway. Given the small number of links on the site, I'd say it isn't going to be listed anywhere.
