We'll need the category you submitted to in order to check the status.

Oh my. Big backlog in that area.

Offhand, I can tell you that you're very likely never going to be listed, though, because the bulk of your content comes from other sites and is very heavy on the affiliate links (Allposters, CelebrityWonder, Amazon, Indianmatches, etc.). Even your directory is just a straight link to dmoz.org. I can also see that you've been submitting the site to a lot of different categories, not just the one you mention here...you should stop doing that.

(1) Your free homepages are provided by Community Architect, not you. Non-unique content.
(2) Your movies section is riddled with affiliate links and news feeds from smashits.com, backwash.com. Your reviews are not reviews but summaries of the movies that can really be found just about anywhere. All non-unique content.
(3) Your software download collection just offers links to software to download from other sites. More non-unique content.
(4) Your online books are all provided by http://classicbookshelf.com/ . Again, non-unique content.
(5) Your baby names section is definitely not unique -- it all appears to come from babyzone.iwon.com, which in turn got some, if not a lot, of its content from http://www.behindthename.com/ .

Now, I'll grant you that the tab stuff could be considered unique content but I haven't looked too deeply at it -- the content there is submitted by your visitors so it's entirely possible that it all exists on other sites as well (you might want to take a look through your database since there appears to be some junk in the English tab section). But we'd be talking about a deeplink to a specific section there, not listing the site under portals.
