Neither of those sites is waiting in that category, and there is nothing to indicate that an editor moved or deleted them.

However, that's not all bad, since we would list at most one of those sites. For our purposes, the sites are closely related enough that we would not list both, and especially not in the same category. If we were to list one, it would probably be http://www.misikko.com/ (or its Yahoo store URL) since it seems to be the main business, with more content . If you would like to resubmit, I strongly suggest submitting only that site.

This does not mean that you can submit to extra categories and ask for additional status checks.

Do not keep submitting to multiple categories within Shopping/Health. You should pick the one best category.

It appears that your old thread was posted before we made the 6 month between updates rule, and it got missed because we were swamped. I'll bump that thread and give you and update there. :)

You might want to bookmark it for future reference - just in case your site isn't listed by Christmas.

Well, it was received and awaing review in http://www.dmoz.org/Shopping/Health/Beauty/Hair_Care/ too. (I suspect no one answered your original request because you did not follow the rule about posting here 30 days after the submission.)

However, since you posted here that you've submitted to another category and the site is awaiting review there, I have deleted the submission in Hair Care. The other category is broader, and does better reflect the nature of your site.

You are next eligible for an update on 12-25 as updates are limited to first check after 30 days and then every six months.

Somewhere between the top and the bottom, and between the left and the right. There are no lines or queues, just pools, and sites can and are reviewed in any order the editor prefers. Before you ask, we don't give information about the size of the pools for the same reason, it has no bearing on when the site might be reviewed.

Oneeye said that we could give you an update six months from the time of the last one. This is forum policy. Your last update was on December 28, 2004, which makes the next one available to you, should you request it, on or after June 28th, 2005.

Sorry to be so strict, but we have had many submitters who, once you give an inch, take a lightyear.

I noticed it stated site status updates will be discontinued as of May 21st. I've been following this post for a year now and am wondering possibly when my site would be indexed?

There are no global lines, no global priorities -- only what each editor decides to do. And we decide without asking each other beforehand or telling each other afterwards.

So basically, nobody knows what anyone else is about to do.

This is always true.
