Sorry, but nowhere in ODP. Other directories may not have the same restrictions.

Sorry but i don't understand the restrictions you talking about.
What type of the restriction is?
What can i do to be out of the restriction?

You, like so many website proprietors, are completely missing the point. It's not a restriction so much as a criterion.

We aren't the web police, looking to penalize people for committing vile crimes. We are the Nobel prize committee, looking to reward people for achievements.

You haven't committed any crimes that we know of. But you haven't done anything worth rewarding either, so far as we can see.

We look for sites with unique content. The editor reviewing the site checked some content, found that the content checked wasn't unique, and figured the rest probably wasn't either. (That's the way we do reviews. If we didn't do reviews that way, every single SMC/Giftworld spammer would take about 100 hours out of the life of an editor.)
