Almost right. You should wait for about another week before asking, though (we ask that you wait at least one month after submitting). When you do ask again, please make sure to use this same thread (you may want to bookmark it for convenience).

And you should also submit your site for consideration for a second independent listing in http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/Arizona/Localities/P/Phoenix/Business_and_Economy/Legal_Services/Criminal_Defense/ .

The second submission will not affect the decision or speed of review of the first one. The listings are independent.
