Hello, I have submitted my website, http://www.prudentialcalbestrealty.com/ to category Top: Regional: North America: United States: California: Localities: H: Hemet: Business and Economy: Real Estate. There is no editor listed for the category. Will that keep it from getting listed? Should I submit it to a relevent category that does have an editor?

Please post a clickable link to the category you submitted to as it makes the job of checking the status of the site much easier.

No, not having an editor listed does not keep sites from being reviewed. Editors higher up in the directory tree and editors that can edit anywhere in the directory look over categories that do not have any editors.

The site is currently awaiting review in that categories unreviewed with one other site.

Listed for about 2 weeks, now. It may not yet appear in the DMOZ search results, but I assure you it is listed.
