The site is "not" waiting to be reviewed in that category, nor has it been touched by an editor.

Was either not the submitted category, or didn't go through at the time of submittal.

Since it is a commercial site, suggest you resubmit the URL to http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Health/Substance_Abuse/Smoking_Cessation .

Normally we ask that you wait at least a month before asking for status, but in this case you are listed in http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Health/Substance_Abuse/Smoking_Cessation/Other/ . Although your site won't show up immediately it should appear within the next few days or so.
