Pointing out other sites that violate our guidelines will not make yours more likely to be listed. Consider a person caught spraying graffiti on a building, whose response is "But look at all those other guys tagging your walls!" Do you really expect the building owner to say, "Well, in that case, go right ahead. In fact, lend me a spraycan so I can help!"? Pointing to other violations of our policies does not invalidate the policy.
We will be happy to remove sites that violate our guidelines, but we are not going to add sites just because a few similar ones have slipped through the cracks.
If you know of other listed sites that are in violation of ODP guidelines, you can bring them to the attention of a meta (preferably) or editall editor for investigation -- use editor feedback or a private message here.
If the sites have changed content (e.g. hijacks, dead links), resulting in inappropriate listings, you can report them in

You could also submit an update request for the site(s) in question, detailing the problems you found, and an editor should investigate them.
If you believe that the listings are due to abuse by an individual editor, you can report this at

However, as for your site, you have been given the status and that's all this forum is designed to do. No site is guaranteed a listing. Your site is a reseller and it will not be listed.
