It's there waiting for review. Don't worry if the description doesn't match the site exactly now. We review the site before we list it. If the description doesn't work, we simply re-write it.

It was declined some months ago as being under construction. If the site is now complete, by all means resubmit.

I trust that is was under construction - that's what the editor said. Looks like there are still problems with the site - for example

displays no images. I would suggest you spend the time checking the site, and not rely on ODP editors to check it for you - avoid submitting until you are sure the site is working.

Personal hat on. I wouldn't give my credit card details to a site with no address or telephone number on it. Seems like other important information is missing too, like delivery info, privacy policy, etc. etc. But there's one born every minute...

It is waiting for review in the UK category, no sign in the Computers category mentioned. Since you are only supposed to submit to one single category (editors may, at their discretion, consider it for a second), I would leave well alone now.
