Neither site is eligible for a listing.

This is pretty impressive work -- I think you managed to break ALL the submittal policies with only two stones. But that really doesn't matter. The real problem is unique content. Please don't submit any more sites to the ODP until you understand why these two are considered malicious spam.

Find some other means of promoting your websites. By their very nature, they aren't eligible for a listing in ODP.
