The site is still waiting in the Shopping category but you seem to have submitted the site again, in October. Don't do that, the only possible effect is to maybe delay the review further.

Rejected from the Regional category - it is an online shopping site with international delivery, such sites are only listed in Regional if they don't qualify for the Shopping branch due to limited delivery areas.

I would not hang around waiting anywhere - there are other things you should do for marketing your site. For specifc answers read the forum FAQ

We do not know whether your web site can be listed in the ODP. To find out we need to review the site, and we don't do that based on requests in this forum.

We understand that waiting is frustrating. That's why our advise is to forget about the ODP once you have suggested your site for inclusion. You know that it is waiting for review. Once it is reviewed, it will be listed or rejected, but we don't know until somebody has reviewed it, and we can't know when that will happen.

Here, would you please tell me who will be that "somebody", can I straight to talk to this "somebody"? I just wonder why is so hard for a chinese website list in the ODP. We are waiting for a year....

There is a fairly large list of editors that could review the site, so sorry but no, we can not give you any idea of who will be doing it.

And the issue is not specifically with chinese websites - there are many many submission that have been made over a year ago which haven't been reviewed yet. So it's definitely nothing personal.
